I booked a room online and arrived at the motel only be told no room was available. The a week later they charged me for a stay that I never received (due to their own incompetance). I tried to call and email get my money back but one even had the courteous to get back to me! Thankfully the owner of the King Sound Resort was kind enough to let us stay at the last minute.

Recommended to everyone. Best service and best place to stay
Honestly, Brook is sweet, but this place is awful. Bed bugs in my room. Poor facilities. Grubby. The Spinifex nearby is not the Ritz but it is by comparison. Do not stay here unless they renovate or rebuild.
Very helpful staff but very run down, unfortunately we found bedbugs. We quit and moved to the Spinifex.
