I highly recommend this location in Olympia. Mud Bay is large enough to offer everything I need for my cats yet small enough to offer personalized service. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. Their reward system is generous enough to be worthwhile. (I will get a free bag of cat litter soon.) Their prices are comparable to Petco on the essentials like canned food and treats. Great place to get pet food. Staff was very knowledgeable about pet food and animal diets.
They are a wonderful pet store. They are knowledgeable, helpful & cheerful. Really nice people. If you buy food there & your pet does not like it they take returns. They also have samples & give out free treats.
