Been trying for almost a year to get Oscar or a team member back to fix a problem they created when they installed new soffit and fascia. Oscar has promised numerous times to return and correct, but he never shows up. I have a potential house fire waiting to happen because of their negligence.
Would not recommend. Poor customer service, and warranty. Would not come back to finish/fix items on several homes we worked on together.
We build homes and have worked with Mucu on many projects. He is full of promises but never completed a project. The last two jobs the workmanship was and is terrible. He keeps promising to fix the issues but never does. I could be more disappointed
Very professional, prompt responses and communication, and very knowledgeable. Before agreeing to a full roof replacement, Wil patched our roof for free. The new roof is beautiful and was installed in a single day. We will definitely use them when we're ready to reside the house, too! We've already recommended them to a few friends!
