Deposit not returned after 19 weeks – no response or explanation I rented a car from this company (MUCRentals) from November 3, 2024 to February 3, 2025. I returned the vehicle on time, as agreed. The contract says the $500 deposit should be returned within about 20 days, but now it’s been over 19 weeks, and I still have not received my money back! MUCRentals is definitely the best car rental company in Thunder Bay, look no further! I rented a Saturn for 6 months. Car was super reliable and great for winter. Had winter tires installed, AC and heater worked in excellent condition. Super affordable rates and great flexibility. You definitely won’t find a better rental company in town. 5 starts
