I paid $176 for the premium service and the result was very disappointing. There were still visible hand marks on the outside windows, which is unacceptable for a premium clean. When I dropped off the car, the staff member I dealt with provided excellent service. However, at pickup I was assisted by someone else who simply handed me the keys, processed the payment, and didn’t offer a walkthrough to check the car. What a gem of a service - best quality hand car wash I’ve used by miles, friendly professional service, book online and incredible $value to boot
The guys did a great job removing a limestone/mineral stain. I didn't think it was going to come completely off, but they managed to make look like it was never there.
