The office staff is very nice and professional very organized. My Dr is wonderful as well.
I was on vacation this past summer when hit with another Kidney Stone Attack. I left a message for Dr. Billah late on Saturday night from the hospital closest to my vacation location. He called me back very early Sunday am to coordinate my care, so that when I was able to get back home we had care plan in place. Ended up requiring surgery. Even the Dr. at the Hospital I was in, was amazed at how quickly he responded and put a plan in place for care.
One of the worst facilities I have ever visited. Despite calling weekly and emailing for four weeks in a row, no one ever got back to me. Doctor is nice but what does it matter if the staff can't get back to you with your prescription. Avoid at all costs.
