My aunt was out of her Seizure medicine and I called to have them refilled and was told until they see her ,they can't refill ,and now I'm at the hospital with my aunt who just had a Massive seisure.because she hasn't had her medicine for 3 days and the nurse hasnt called me back and everything I call the office I get a message that their system is down and the phone hangs up .how do I get the after hour doctor .....

Brought my grandmother who is 84 with some dementia to Dr Khan's office she sat there for 45 minutes no one even came back to say the doctor was running late today it is not fair to have a patient that has dementia or Alzheimer's have to sit and wait. Not to mention that I'm a nurse and took off work today so that I could be with her for her appointment and ask the doctor some questions

My mom has to go to the emergency room for seizure medicine because nobody will call her meds in and keep writing her prescription for a medication that is no longer available and they just need the medication re -written so it will not say extended release!
