This is such a great place to learn kickboxing and grappling- welcoming atmosphere for all ! Highly recommended

One of the best sessions I've attended in the southwest. The class was small and intimate, providing an excellent environment to fully grasp technical practices. The coach was outstanding—welcoming, knowledgeable, and highly supportive. The participants were skilled, talented, and encouraging. I highly recommend the Lao style of fighting and self-defense. I met some incredible people and learned various tactics and skills. It's definitely worth trying!
Really engaging session! Ben teaches the techniques with proper theory and workouts, no textbook work here! 🥊🥊Always a super good feeling at the end of each session. 😄
