Let me just start with Courtney really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and is such a sweetheart, I’ve never had my lashes done before and I will definitely be coming back!! She went into detail about the entire process as she was doing it and my lashes look amazingggg. I told her I didn’t want anything really “heavy” and more of a natural look and she definitely delivered!! Love them ❤️
The owner is very kind, and I will say that the lash glue she uses has great staying power—better than other types I’ve tried. However, her time management is extremely poor, and it became a serious issue throughout my appointments. It got to a point where it felt unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful of my time. At my first appointment, she was running 45 minutes to an hour late. Courtney did a fantastic job on my lashes! She made me feel comfortable and so did the other girl she was teaching! Can’t wait to go back to get my fill-ins!!!
Courtney is AMAZING! I went to a couple different places to have my lashes done before finding her, but she will be the only person I let touch my lashes now. She's definitely made a permanent customer. Everyone always compliments how great my lashes look and the retention is amazing. My lashes last forever. The picture I posted is after being at the beach with 4 small children in the ocean for 20 days. I didn't lose a single lash!
Unfortunately after having my first lash appointment rescheduled by Courtney three times, when I tried to reschedule my second appointment due to pregnancy complications, she charged the card I had used to pay for the first appointment without any authorization or approval whatsoever for a service that I did not receive. I called the bank and they’re issuing a chargeback but it’s disturbing to know that she kept the credit card information from my first appointment and charged it a second time without providing a service, wh... read more
