This is not the first time that I have been to the emergency room and I mean EVERYTIME I have been here has been the BEST from EVERYONE .So THOROUGH with there Skills, Communication and Passion. If it wasn’t for my great nurse Morgan and my first physician which I never got her name because they were slammed. My favorite person that really made my day was Amy. She’s a lovely woman who takes all the insurance information. She has a bed side manor that puts many doctors to shame. If this hospital was smart she would have a bigger role in hospital so more people can experience her kindness and professionalism. Never on time for scheduled appointments, Canceled appointments at the last minute, disrespectful staff members and the list goes on. Perfect example of why our medical system is complete trash.
