Our cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes and we were struggling to establish a clear treatment plan. Dr. Mosley and veterinary student Jacob R. were incredible. They were exceptionally kind, thorough, and took the time to answer every question we had. We have never experienced this level of care, attention, and compassion for one of our pets. Dr. Rahn and his team have not only saved my dog, Bear, once—but twice. We are now one week post-op, and Bear is doing better than he has in the past three weeks. I truly can't thank Dr. Rahn and his entire team enough for the exceptional care, compassion, and dedication they showed throughout this journey. We are so grateful for everything they've done for our sweet Bear.
I called today and they couldn’t give me no home Remedies for a dog sprain arm, they couldn’t do it over the phone. What that people is that I just wanted to know home remedies what can I do? That was it. Bad customer service because other vet people give you some home remedies
I would give MUVH 10 stars if I could. My little Maltese Milo was attacked by a large dog. I took him to the ER right away. He was immediately admitted and treatment started. Thanks to the excellent Dr.s, Surgeons, med students, he survived and thrived. The communication was EXCELLENT as was the care. The financial aspect was discussed so there were no surprises. The staff in the ER the night I was there were phenomenal. My puppy was in bad shape and she took a turn for the worst in the evening. We called and spoke to Jett and they stayed open so we could come in and put her to sleep. While it was the hardest thing I have ever done, we were shown kindness and compassion. We were not rushed in any way even though they were there later than they had to be. I am so very appreciative of every one of you.
