They take good care of people!
After having set my surgery date and time well in advance, the scheduling department calls me the day before and informs me that they will have to reschedule. Their reason is because they are looking for the medical equipment necessary for my procedure because they don't have such. And the doctors using such equipment has to be certified to use it. They only have two who can and one is only available. It seems to me that they would have informed my wife and I of such much earlier than the day before my scheduled surgery date... read more
