Excellent care given. I do miss the vending machines but they were overpriced so really they're doing me a favor by getting rid of them..
They bill your kids please check your statements! My child was billed and went to a creditor and no one knows the policy! Horrible experience and of course no upper management was available!
Nice facility, nice ends there. I called my PCP and requested a flu and Covid vaccine. I was told by the staff that since i had not been seen in 3 years, my PCP might not keep me! I was villified for being healthy. Two weeks later i was called by the nurse and told I could recieve the vaccines. I declined as i already had them from Hyvee. Last time i was seen by my PCP she told me i needed to eat less red meat This was after i told her i am vegan and had not eaten meat since 1992! My PCP also told me to lose weight. I went in for a regular doctor visit and asked to be screened for gluten sensitivity. I was charged $1400 out-of-pocket for a GI panel that apparently didn't even cover gluten. They billed the insurance as a "hospital procedure". The billing specialist said this was my fault and that I should have "asked for an estimate" first. They all seem to think this is a reasonable thing to have had happen.
