I had a remote session with Celeste and it was amazing. We set it up so I could have the session in the morning before waking up. I woke up feeling amazing and noticed a difference from my regular mornings to then realized I had the session and that was why! I completed a long distance energy healing session with Celeste. Highly recommend! I am currently going through some new medical complications and was beginning to feel hopeless. I love coming here to work out! The staff are all so friendly and personable, the aesthetic couldn’t be better, I love shopping the crystals and scents before class…it’s overall my favorite place to do barre on island. They have a great variety of classes too that focus on different things, some more healing/regenerative and some more cardio/upbeat.

Found Mu Rose through a google search when I was visiting Kailua from Alaska. They offered a free first class and 2 weeks for $25. Hugely important as I was hesitant and to be honest wasn't sure it would be my jam. Wellllll, let me tell youuuu...it was! Nea was my first instructor and I was hooked from the start. Took a wonderful barre class yesterday with the instructor Claire. She was clear, helpful, and helped me get a great barre workout. The studio was also lovely, with plants and macrame and every detail to help set the right energy in the space. I met the owner Celeste too and she had a great aura to her. Highly recommend!
