The water heater went out at my parents place, they are in their 90's on Sunday. Called them on Monday morning, and it was replaced by 11 AM. Very friendly staff, sent photos before and video of work completion. Great warranty on their work. Much appreciated.

It is wonderful when you find someone like Hector and MTZ with the utmost integrity. He is fantastic and went above and beyond to get to the root cause of our hot water issue, and dealt with the parts mfr to get us a free replacement.
