On Friday evening, I realized there was a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. In a panic, I called MTZ (after I saw how many 5 star reviews they had). After asking several pertinent questions to be sure it was a "drip" and not a "gush" , Alex set up an appointment for the next morning. (And saving me the emergency fee).
