The MTZ team was quick and communicative -- I called their main number and told them what was going on, then they assigned me a plumber and they were here within the expected time frame, same day. Hector and Manuel were really helpful -- they had to try a number of things to clear the clog and clean the line but they kept at until it was cleared. I need to move my water heater to a new location, I used their free consultation service, but I didn't use their plumbing service because they don't do the electrical work. However I'm still impressed with the high professionalism they showed during the consultation, they're familiar with the code and city inspection requirements, they pointed out problems other plumbing companies didn't even mention ( like the drain pain needs to connect to an outside drain). I would definitely trust them to do the plumbing job.
