While the actual workers were professional and did a great job with the labor, dealing with the owner, Manny, has been an absolute nightmare. I made the mistake of paying the full balance in cash before the final inspection was complete. We met at the bank where I handed him $8,000 directly from the teller and another $2,000 in the parking lot. Rude and Unprofessional. When asked to fix their mistake Manny became hostile and stated that he cannot do anything about it and he is too busy to take the call. The job that was done was not even up to the minimal expectation. As they just glued pieces of different sizes of PVC which look like they used scraps and old pipes to do the job. Some are cracked and we have had to fix 3 leaks already. Please do not waste your time with them and if you have received services from them, please double check the work.
