Rude and Unprofessional. When asked to fix their mistake Manny became hostile and stated that he cannot do anything about it and he is too busy to take the call. The job that was done was not even up to the minimal expectation. As they just glued pieces of different sizes of PVC which look like they used scraps and old pipes to do the job.
