Hey , I went to this shop for used tires for my Volkswagen Atlas, my tire size is 265/45/21, the tires looked ok but manager told me his machine don't do 21 inch tires , then five mins later he said we can do it , they put four tires on my vehicle with wrong psi pressure and scratch two of my rims , I notice the scratches few hours after I left, when I cleaned off my rims , the manager refuse to even looked at the damage, instead he texts me return the tires for a refund , I told him the tires isn't the problem it's the bad ... read more
