Not really a car guy so I was hesitant but these dudes made the whole process easy and for way less money than I was expecting to spend. So much less in fact that I opted to add a window tint while they were working on my radio and they did a great job on both. Fast service as well.
I can’t say enough about this place!!! The two gentlemen that run the front and the bays are top notch individuals. If you’re looking for a place to get your stereo updated, or your speakers tweaked, or an entire new installation this is your place. They have a wide variety of services they provide and if you have any customer service issues, they answer the phone right away!! they will work with you and schedule an appointment if you have an emergency, they are always willing to help out in any way!
Called to get a quote but whoever picked up the phone was very rude definitely will not be bringing my vehicle in.
Had them install a Passtime GPS tracker with a remote ignition disable relay. It worked fine for 2 days then bricked my car. GPS tracking is fully functional. Starter interrupt relay isn't: turn key and engine no go. Car has to be towed at this point. Called Passtime support and their records show that their remote tests over 3G indicate the vehicle is enabled, but the starter interrupt relay test was never completed during the installation. Carlos installed new speakers in my front doors and he did so very quickly and at a great price. They sound absolutely fantastic. He doesn't know it but I am going to be a return customer. Good job Carlos. BillyD
