They are proposing an extremely large rate increase and taking very little steps to notify the public. Please do your research and voice your concerns before June 11, 2020
Properly manage what you do. Your incompetence and mammoth tax increase will not fly.
Their current rate increase is completely over the top inflation. I get needing more money, but a 35% increase for next year and 9% increase for all following years is price gouging. Maybe you need to not get the raises. After all, right now most of Martinez residents and property owners are unemployed! Stick to a reasonable price hike and my score about you will improve greatly!
