Poor quality construction: bowing walls and ceilings - not a true wall or ceiling in the entire house, seriously inadequate HVAC design (18° difference between floors - single return and 9 registers upstairs and 3 down), master bathroom floor slopes up roughly 2", no heat in the downstairs bathroom, all doors and pained millwork were never painted - the come preprimed, the fireplace surrounded is 1.5" wider on the left side, siding looks like ripples in the water, widows and the sliding door are difficult to open - won't clo... read more
House was slapped together and sold too quickly. Small problems are starting to arise such as crooked door frames and if you don't keep the front/ back door locked all the time they open by themselves. 6 months after closing, We also still don't have a mailbox because of a failure of the builder to get things worked out with the city to add them. It has been 15 months now since I purchased a home built by MTT. This 1888 square feet home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms has a well thought out floor plan that makes you feel at home. I had no issues getting one year warranty services and they have a good follow up system.🙂
