Horrendous customer service after you buy their house. Light fixture dome fell off ceiling. I have called and left 4 different messages to different receptionists since November 14th and each time someone says they will leave an urgent message and take my info, still no response. No email response either. All I needed to know was the name of the brand or model or manufacturer. I’m not even asking them to do any work but give me that information or let me know if they do not have that information.
Worst house builders. Brand new house the floor creaks like crazy, uneven surfaces and finishes. They are dips on the carpeted floor. Only care about selling cheap homes then don't follow up.

The good: Great house design, with a ton of space. A lot of room for our small family to grow. High ceilings that are around 20 feet in some areas of the house and 9 feet everywhere else. We also enjoy having a large backyard and driveway, especially since new builds like these typically have small yards and driveways. We enjoyed being able to customize our finishes at the design studio and having add-on options like cat6 wiring, exterior fireplace, taller cabinets, etc. Their customer service team were typically responsive.... read more
