If I could select 10 stars, I would. My family lives in California, but we have a disabled family member that lives in MD. We needed ambulatory "like" transport for our family member from one hospital to another in MD and MTS Transportation pulled through! The customer service (Dirrie) was amazing and assured me that they could take care of our family member. MTS transported my husband from the hospital to Sunrise. They were prompt in their response. Their price quote was very reasonable as I had a quote from another co.pany that was very high. The men who transported were very professional, friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this transport service.
Awake and Biny were patient while I dealt with admin discharge papers and we're kind to my mother. 2nd time using MTS and second time with these two. Highly recommend!
