I received 5 barstools on 2/2/12. The bar stools were packed one on top of the other WITHOUT any type of bubble wrap, plastic or paper around each stool or even between them. There was a rip in one stool and rub marks on two others.There were some minor scratches on the bases. I requested replacements for these seats. I received the replacement bar stools 3/14/12.
