They gave me an appointment soon after I called. When I arrived, they took me right away. The technician quickly evaluated the generator and repaired it. I am very pleased with the level of service provided.

I have been using MTS for over 8 years this is by far the best place i have ever used to service my generator. The staff at MTS are really wonderful people as well! Anthony has always been extremely accommodating, helpful and a kind. This is very important when my business depends on my generator. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Not polite at all and hung up on me without listening to my full request. Anthony from front desk especially was rude and not helpful. 0 star review if possible.
