Can't give enough praise for this garage. I took my 2006 Ford Galaxy Diesel to them with an intermittent 3 year starting problem. English Ford in Poole, 3 other garages and countless breakdown operators could not find the fault. They declared that they like a challenge and took it on. With a combination of perseverance, engineering and downright determination they traced the fault to a weak but not quite broken high pressure fuel pump. Now fixed and starting reliably.

I still can’t believe this is an AA-approved garage. It honestly makes me question how the AA approves its garages. I went here expecting a certain level of quality and professionalism, but that’s not what I got. You’d think a big name like the AA would do proper checks before putting their name behind a business — clearly not in this case. Very disappointing experience overall. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before trusting the “AA Approved” badge.

I'm with the AA and my van was nearing it's MOT, through the AA's app I booked my vans MOT at MTS Motors. So I dropped it off first thing in the morning and told it would be about 45 minutes. To my suprise when the guy who did my MOT came back into the office and expecting good news about my van, then told me it had failed on 2 accounts. The 1st was the bulb on the near side wasn't sitting right so the alignment was out, and secondly the button that switches on the rear fog light was sticking when pressing it. One of the AA Online providers for short notice MOT services. The online booking process was spot-on and not only were they reasonablely priced, but they kept to the scheduled timeslot and finished on time. On street parking is limited so bear that in mind when checking your car in. Also keep in mind that MTS is in an Industrial Estate but suggest to visit the nearby pond whilst waiting if the weather is nice enough or grab some coffee and a snack at the nearby Greggs or Lidl.

Absolutely love this garage been taking my cars here for over 3 years now wouldn’t go anywhere else , staff are all super friendly explaining everything that’s being done or needing to be done , would highly highly recommend
