Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from Charlie at MTS! They over charge and hold equipment ransom for the most simple repairs to extort more money from a customer! DO NOT USSE THIS VENDOR at all costs. There are other better services around to utilize that have business ethics and integrity.
