This company is very unprofessional. I would not use them for any installations at all. They made an appointment 1 week in advance between 2:30 & 4:30pm. I called them today when they were supposed to come out. They told me at 2:45 I was the next stop. My wife waited home until 5pm and no one showed up. I called this company to see what was going on. They said they are in North Hollywood. It does not take 3 hours from North Hollywood to Northridge. It takes 20 minutes. Then they told me they had 2 other stops before mine. Wh... read more
