Poor communication!!! Took my deposit despite not even being able to get new permits!!! Very un-professional!!!! Will not respond to me to refund my deposit of almost $7,000. Been dealing with this since April of ‘23. And now almost dec. of ‘23. Constant lies from multiple staff!! Leaving me stuck because without the refund of my deposit i can’t get another company started so i can get my roof done!!! So sad that this company destroys lifes of hardworking people!!! This Company should change their name to "Dewey, Screw-em & Howe". Walked away without fulfilling their contract. No reason given, "doesn't want to talk about it". Would not recommend this Company to anyone.

MTS walked off the job 3 months ago. Like others I have a lien on my house for the metal materials even though they have been paid them. I certainly hope that no one plans on hiring this company in the future, because what they have done to so many customers is fraudulent. I tried for so long to work with these guys to get the roof finished but all I keep getting a is a run around. And everyone there lies straight to your face. It finally became clear that they have no intentions of finishing the job they started. To all tho... read more
