We came up from the lower 48 for a hunting trip and had some ball joints fail on the drive up. They were fantastic. They got us in quickly found the problem and helped get parts quickly. They did have an issue with a new part being bad and having too much play. They immediately brought it to my attention but got us out the door to make our hunting trip and had us run back by on our way back through where they warranteed the part and replaced for free. I was able to get an appointment to fix a power steering leak very quickly. Since it was alot less expensive than I thought it would be. I decided to have the shocks and struts replaced. Rachel coordinated ordering the parts and I was able to get the car back to them before I left town for a few days. Picked up the car and it drives nice.
Great customer service, easy to contact and went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the process. They did a full transmission replacement and backed it up with a 3year/100k mile warranty. I will almost certainly be back for future repairs.
