This dealer ship is a rip off and will lie to you about the work. they will also tell you they water test the craft and they do not. Brought a jet ski in for work sat there 5 weeks. Picked it up same problem. Took it to another Kawasaki dealer said work on ski was done improperly causing major damage to the ski. It has been at that dealership for 2 months. I would stay clear of this dealership. No problem taking your money . They do not know what they are doing. I dealt with Corey.
I took my bike there to get a carb clean and they hold on to it for almost 2 months. Finally after I kept calling for weeks it was finally done but when I got there I noticed they also change the turn signal assembly which was not broken but charged me for it and the one that was broken was never fixed. These guys are idiots... I spoke to Frank on the phone and made an appointment the next day for 11AM. When I showed up he wasn't there and wasn't coming in until 3PM. Not knowledgable, not respectful of your time and effort, useless! Don't waste your energy with this shop.
I have been a regular customer for the past 10 years, even bought a new bike from MTR but the place has really gone down hill. I dropped my bike off for service and they had my bike for 3 weeks PAST my appointment date. Each time I called I was told "parts are 2-3 days away". I asked that they keep in contact with me about the situation, I never received a call back. Finally when I did hear my bike was ready to be picked up I told them id be down that afternoon. Had them do work on my bike last year. This year same problem. The work they did was less than efficient. Last year paid over 400 for the repair. This year they diagnosed two other problems. Wheel bearings and the fluid in my forks...new quote over 900 bucks. I refuse to pay for a repair that was substandard the year before. They test ride the bike and openly admitted the triple tree was lose. The bearings they replaced the year before. Same old story, probably burnt out owners with so many rules they are now driving 50% of their potential customers away. I just packed my wallet with cash and drove in 20 minutes of 90 degree bad roads with heavy city traffic to learn that they are closed on Monday. They must me doing a killer business to take 2 days off a week, but they need a better location, I am not driving back in that. I would bet that they would make a killing relocating to 146.
Worst place I just had both my jet skis serviced there they screwed up my trailer they said they hit a bump buy clearly they backed into something they told me both jet skis were running I just put them in the water an both of them didn't run don't ever go to them for anything I learned the hard way
Hmm...I read the a review before I logged on to write mine and I couldn't believe they were talking about the same place. I bought an 09 Kawasaki 650 from them. The girls in the sales office were super helpful. They don't push to get the sale done. After I bought the bike I also bought a helmet and a set of levers. Both were special orders. The girls in parts are very knowledgable and helpful. Most terrible company ever. Stay away from this fraudulent company! You get my warning. Went to buy a helmet and they do not have any. They said I can special order. I was told I can return as long as the item does not go out of store. I figure it is ok although my head is irregular and there is a high chance it may not fit. Was told it will arrive the next Wed (5 days later) and I will be called. Never got any call. I called 10 days later. "By co-incident", it just arrived that very morning. Of course it does not fit.
