I had a very disappointing experience with Marvin and Mtr. I brought my car in for an issue that Marvin assured me would be fixed after the repairs he recommended. Unfortunately, after paying a hefty bill, the problem persisted. When I reached out to address it, the follow-up service was practically nonexistent. Marvin and his team seemed uninterested in taking accountability or providing a solution without charging me again.
