I've been a customer for about 2 years now and never had a bad experience until yesterday. A set of earbuds was removed from car yesterday when it was being cleaned. Due to tracking of the earbuds, it last connected yesterday at 4:21PM at this business where my car was being cleaned. I went in this morning and the young lady that cleaned my saw me and immediately just walked away. I went inside and not one person came to see if I might had needed some help with anything.
