MTO has changed hands yet again. That being said, they refuse to honor any warranties on tires purchased before they bought the business in Sept 2015. Have to wonder....how long before it changes hands again and the good people that spend money on tires get nothing for their money but empty promises.
In this area there are few choices on a tire shop and MTO is the only one I go to. Generally you can always get in without having to make an appointment. I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about cause their prices are reasonable. No one has ever been rude. They have stayed past closing to fix a tire and are willing to help anyway they can. They even jumped through all the hoops to get a replacement tire that was under warranty, something that I didn't expect from a small town tire shop. I am a regular customer ... read more
DO NOT GO HERE! if you would like poor customer service, with an attitude, AND GET R*PED BY HIGH PRICES GO HERE! 80 Bucks to swap a set of tires! no new valve stems with it either! Standard Honda Steelies, nothing special at all, and 80 bucks?!?!?!? The Owners are greedy and I hope they go out of Business!
