My spouse is a flex driver so we know the warehouses in the DMV well. Unfortunately my personal Amazon orders come this warehouse and this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that they have lost my packages. I can’t choose what sorting center ships my packages but this is ridiculous.

Very disorganized, always have to wait for pallets to be ready, the employees inside are so lazy they walk slower than sloth. And don’t get me started with the gate to enter, always problems waiting extremely long time 5 to 15 minutes and then somebody comes on hardly speaks any English. Every other one asked different questions. It’s complete chaos from the gate to the warehouse. They marked me late due to the guard, shack delay, 1-2mins but they could be an hour late with the pallets and that’s OK. This place is very irres... read more

Delivery driver dragged the large Amazon logistics case up the sidewalk and left it in front of my neighbors house. I contacted Amazon multiple times to have them notify the driver to come back and pick it up. It's been over 24 hours and it's still here. Contacted Amazon again and they told me to just take it. It's way too large and what am I going to do with it?!
