The location of this hotel is phenomenal...nestled between the mountains, close to shops, restaurants, etc. However, the room we were initially assigned was very hot. The hotel was fully booked so the staff couldn't help on the first night. On day 2, superstar Connie arrived. She worked tirelessly all afternoon and ultimately transferred us to a wonderful room with a picturesque view. 9/10 stars for the hotel. 11/10 stars for Connie.
This is a wonderful place to stay just in front of the iconic Three Sisters. Rooms and services are excellent for the price. Downtown and all other necessities and attractions nearby. Really enjoyed the say with friends. Definitely will come back again.
We had the best experience at this hotel. Amazing is the only way to describe it. Our room Was so clean and spacious. If we needed anything someone was willing to help us at all times. We will definitely be back !!
Above and beyond with service, and great attention to key details: very comfy bed + pillows, gorgeous showers (takes a moment to get the hot water, fyi, but worth it), order the beets (no, really!) at happy hour in the restaurant. Overall, just a perfect experience.
