Esse hotel ganhou nosso coração! Para começar, os atendentes são super simpáticos e receptivos, e depois pelo quarto, que é amplo e espaçoso!! Cama grande, banheiro grande também e com ammenities maravilhosas da loja Rock Montain Soup, uma DELÍCIA! Precisei ir conhecer a loja para trazer produtinhos para mim!Tem estacionamento incluso também, não é preciso pagar a parte :) O ponto de atenção é que esse hotel fica na beira na estrada, o que pode ser incômodo para pessoas mais sensíveis a barulho, mas com o ar condicionado lig... read more

We had a flat tire while traveling through Lake Louise, and serendipitously, a last-minute cancellation meant a room became available for myself and my two children. The large, comfortable bed was exactly what we needed after such a stressful day. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I would absolutely return, hopefully under better circumstances, to enjoy a proper vacation and experience the Nordic Spa once it’s complete.

The room is clean. The service is great. The front and housekeeping are really friendly. The location is excellent since it is close to highway 1.

My room had a small bed for a kid, and one big bed, My dad had to sleep on the couch and 5 people had to sleep on the bed since the small bed so there was barely any space. There was a pool and it was good! I also loved how good the service was! The location was also near a supermarket so we could eat.
