I wasn’t exactly sure what Kim meant when she said she was a client-centered trainer but after spending an hour with her at MTN FIT, I get it and I can't recommend her highly enough. Before I even walked in the door, Kim spent considerable time talking with me about my background, my goals, and the specific challenges I was hoping to address. She listened in a way that's rare.
