Matt is amazing! He basically built me a whole new phone. He did it so quickly and it’s like when I got it brand new out the box. It was so cheap as well, would have cost so much sending it to Apple to be fixed. Very friendly and helpful guy. I highly recommend going to him. I also can’t thank him enough for his hard work. Thanks mate, appreciate everything you did, you’re the best.
On holiday in Devon and dropped my phone smashing the screen. A quick message to MTM asking if he could do a repair the next day, received a response straight away confirming my screen could be replaced at 2.00 p.m. Excellent service, would definitely recommend - thank you MTM
Excellent service from Matt and the team! Within 24 hours of messaging about a damaged screen, it has been fixed and back to business as usual. Thanks again for the quick and efficient turnaround.
Matt was so helpful. His communication was excellent, constantly keeping us updated on what was wrong with the phone and giving us several options for a resolution. He was accommodating around our work schedules for drop off and collection. Would 100% recommend him in the future!
