There was apparently only one person drawing blood. The waiting area was standing room only. After being there about 15 minutes, a phlebotomist finally came out and checked the sign in sheet, and said she didn’t know there were so many people waiting. A couple of people said they had already waited close to an hour. After a few minutes, another person appeared that was in street clothes so I assume she was the supervisor.
