Placed an order over a year ago. I never got the order it never even shipped. I have emailed, called and messaged on social with no response. I would be very cautious about spending money here.
I have been trying to contact them about a spoiler for my R8 for three days. Emails, chats on the website, phone calls. Nobody responds. I can't event imagine if I had already purchased something. Update, 1 month later: I left two voicemails, sent an email and multiple (>3) chats on their website and never received a response. I was literally just asking for an estimate how long a $3k spoiler would take to be delivered. I was at point of purchase and went elsewhere because they seem to not be running this business at all.

We ordered a $26K turbo kit for an RS6 and have had nothing but silence, and unfulfilled promises of parts and tracking numbers. Phone calls are never answered, or voicemails returned. Emails are sparsely replied to. Don't let them take your money.
