STAY AWAY!!! Would give a 0 if I could. They have left my mom stranded MULTIPLE TIMES for her dialysis, either to take her or pick her up. My sister has confirmed times with them and they still don’t show up. They have horrible service and would not recommend to anyone.

I work for an SMI clinic that sadly has to work with this travesty of a company. Members waiting upwards of 4 hours for a cab ride that takes 10 minutes. We've seen drivers arrive, soft stop then leave marking the ride as a no show. Drivers canceling rides multiple times. Many of our case managers have opted to personally getting Ubers and lyfts to get members home paying out of pocket to do so. I never thought I'd say it, but... I miss veyo.

This company left my mother stranded in her wheelchair after a doctor's appointment for almost three hours. I called to check the status every 30 minutes but the dispatch was completely unsympathetic and couldn't tell me what happened but just requested another ride every time I called. They accidentally(?) hung up on me twice. Shockingly bad experience which sounds pretty consistent with the MANY other online reviews I had time to read while I waited with my mother for hours in a doctor's office waiting room.
