I would like to thank the people working at MTM for doing a job rebuilding my trophy for me. RICK LEAVELL
The absolute worst, do NOT order from here! They will lie to you about production times then try to up charge you for a “rush” to deliver in the time they originally promised. Orders printed entirely wrong, medals that didn’t even have the entire backside half of the order engraved on them. Total incompetence from this place. They used to be good, we used them for more than 10 years, but they are no longer that company, take twice the time to fulfill orders, and then don’t even get them correct. We are will never go back.
One star is way over rated They can NOT get orders correct and really do NOT give a damn about their employees This place is sinking DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. And I guarantee you they will respond to this rating like they really care All B. S.
No responses for weeks, no support whatsoever. I don’t understand why the company I work for continues to use this low quality service. Just awful.
