One star is way over rated They can NOT get orders correct and really do NOT give a damn about their employees This place is sinking DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. And I guarantee you they will respond to this rating like they really care All B. S.
No responses for weeks, no support whatsoever. I don’t understand why the company I work for continues to use this low quality service. Just awful.
My customer service rep was amazing in assisting with my order from beginning to end. Everything was correct and on time. Dani, thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness and patience working with me.
Places an order on 8/15. Product was supposed to ship within 28 days. Verified that it was set to ship on 9/13 and was told that is was on track to ship on time. As of 9/20 still has not shipped. Feel like I’m beginning to get the run around. Careful.
Keeping showroom closed indefinitely is a really bad idea!! As of 2024, still closed.
