I cannot recommend a jeweller more than MTM. We had a last minute request to both find AND resize my 'now' wife's' petite wedding band. No other jeweller in the south would help us in the time we needed it, and some spoke to us like we were dumb. Not only did the lovely Polish couple at MTM help us within less than 2 days, they shared with us their beautiful belief in marriage. I have nothing but absolute praise for MTM Jewellers. The customer service I received was nothing short of exceptional. I had a necklace that had huge sentimental value but was 25+ years old & not repairable. At my request they melted down this necklace & made it into 2 rings. If you are looking for a jeweller with excellent quality and customer service look no further than MTM. Just had two rings resised for my husband after surgery on both hands. The process was seamless and made us feel like part of the MTM family. Thanks again MTM.
I cannot recommend this couple of artisan jewellers / manufacturers highly enough. During the six years since Teresa designed and made my ring I pop in to have it cleaned which they happily do free of charge. They have also cheerfully given honest advice on other sentimental pieces of jewellery which are not necessarily in a good state or precious gems. Unfortunately I am unable to provide a review on MTM repairs as it didnt get that far. I went in today with my wedding and engagement rings which needed resizing. I was quoted $280 per ring to resize up 2 sizes. I did think the price was a bit high considering both rings are only thin but are 18 carat. However, I was willing to take the quote and decide later but just as I was leaving the lady suggested I could try to lose some weight, obviously as an alternative to paying the quote.
