I would rate them negative stars if I could. Worst transportation company I have ever dealt with. They are notorious for canceling your rides and then not reaching out to you at all so you sit and wonder and wait for your ride that never comes and makes you late for all your responsibilities Because they don’t know how to communicate like a grown adult. Would give a zero if I could. I have had nothing but problems. No one is consistent in what they're telling people. Was told I could download the app and schedule mileage reimbursement there. Tried, got an error message that I had to call and schedule. I called, was told it should work, and to just try again in a few days. Tried again, still got the same error message. Terrible ! No organization...every employee gives a different answer..NO follow-up from management after requesting multiple times. App doesn't work half the time. This company does NOT help people..it does the opposite!!! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!

I am tired of having rides dropped or worse getting a driver whose car fails the day of my surgery! And I call him, and he wants to know if I am still going when I will be a half hour late! When they put me with NEW I never have a problem. I always get to my appointments. But this Solutions company is terrible! I had them last time and this Hispanic guy drops me off and when I am supposed to be picked up tells me it will be an hour later because he took his car to Walmart.
