Gym and staff are good , this review is for communication side only, communication is not fantastic.I had an appointment with specific exercise physio, who is fantastic and has my rehab history, and when I reached at the time of appointment I was advised that person is not well and is not in today and someone else will assist me, who does have limited understaning about my rehab requirements, which I was not comfortable to continue with. So impressed with this Gym! Turned 60 and needed to be fit for travel - first trip to India to visit forts and palaces. Jess, the Manager of the Gym, is a great inspiration to my fitness. She took time to understand what I wanted and wrote me a special program that particularly strengthened my arms and legs - I literally danced up and down the numerous steps to the Ganges. Following surgery to repair a ruptured biceps tendon I sought advice from Jess ( the rehab gym manager and ex phys) on a program of home exercises to regain mobility and strength in my arm. I was very impressed by her combination of expert knowledge and easy manner which made me both comfortable and confident in her and the exercise program. Incredible team, supportive, helpful, very professional and most importantly, friendly and welcoming. The Staff have continued to perform at an exceptional level throughout my time here and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with fitness or injury rehabilitation.
