Great customer service. Rodney was professional, knowledgeable and nice. He gave a great price and didn't mind my dad watching as he installed my new electrical box last month. He even checked my dad's work on a couple of small things. Already recommended to a friend and would totally do it again. Rodney was great.
Rodney called me back promptly and showed up as scheduled to look at work needed and provide a bid. First good vibe. Had open slot to complete work within week of providing bid. Second good vibe! Just Completed a variety of work including demo of old hard wired security systems, replacement of blown exterior GFI outlets, and replacement of a bathroom exhaust fan that may have been first installed when home was built in the 1940’s. MTM Electric has completed projects at both my business and home. Fair and honest pricing , exceptional craftsmanship, and professionalism. I had to reschedule a couple of times, and they were very accommodating. Work was completed on time and I couldn’t even tell he had been there.
