They towed my car away from an accident Monday morning and were advised to take the car to the Cortese Dodge dealership as that is where the Cortese body shop is. I called the dealership today to find out if there is an estimate on my car yet and was told my car never arrived. I called MTM Towing and they told me that they still have my car sitting on their lot "because sometimes Cortese doesn't like to pay just because we ask for a check." My 2005 Ford Excursion decided to die last saturday afternoon ( bad starter) on the hottest day of the summer so far...so there I was at Crosby's gas station in Mendon thinking I had a dead battery and of course no jumper cables ...so I approached a fella in a flat bed tow truck parked nearby eating a slice of pizza ...when I asked him for a jump, he not only immediately dropped his half eaten slice, but then spent the next 30 or so minutes not only helping me diagnose my problem ( bad starter---battery was fine!) and trying... read more
