Awful experience once Rick took my deposit was when the terrible communication started asked if we were good to go for the move 3 weeks before and had a msg back that he’s in hospital and truck is damaged wouldn’t answer any other calls or msgs so I hired somebody else and now won’t give me back my 2300$ deposit …hung up and blocked me me when asked for deposit back ….don’t trust a word they say in fact run!!!

Couldn’t recommend more! Rick and Jackie were willing to help us out and went out of their way to make sure our move went smoothly. We were suddenly asked to leave our rental property due to a property sale. We were very anxiously searching for a new place to live which was challenging in this rental crisis and took a few months- we were finally able to secure a place but this put us under a very tight time frame constraint to move out. If I could give minus stars I would. Save yourself from heartache & damage to your belongings, don’t use MTL Removals. The absolute worst removalists I’ve ever come across & I’ve moved a lot due to my work. Their guys don’t give a s#*t about your stuff. As my belongings were going to have to be taken off the truck at the depot and reloaded without me being in attendance I stressed to Jackie on multiple occasions on the phone & via email to please ensure the guys are extra careful as most of the furniture & white goods being ... read more
