This is a very dishonest company with terrible customer service. I made an all cash deal with Stephano to clean all my vents and fix dryer for $445 all in. I had to reschedule twice as I just had a newborn, and the timing was not convenient. When I rescheduled, I spoke with Shawn who told me there was no problem in rescheduling the work for the next week.
