Just had my carpets cleaned throughout my entire house and Jason did an awesome! I called a week ago to get it scheduled and they came on time without any issues. Very professional and nice. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Contacted Richard on Friday and scheduled my cleaning for the following Wednesday. Called Richard Wednesday morning to confirm my appointment and he asked did I live in Harrison Twp., I told him no, I live in Warren. He said he had to cancel because he had to take his son out of town last minute. He didn’t bother to call nor do I think he ever wrote down the appointment because he didn’t know where I lived.
