I’m just so in love with the push I get here. Every instructor injects so much energy into each class that you couldn’t slack even if you wanted to. Incredible value with the Unlimited Membership. I’m happy to find this treasure.

Complete body workout with experts and a welcoming atmosphere
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at the facility. It was not my typical style of jump/bounce fitness . However, the instructor was nice. The facility was clean. The class had a heavy incorporation of barre techniques. I just was not used to this style of bounce. The whole find your right and left had me struggling.lol. We typically find our “down bounce”. Anyways, I would recommend to others to try.
