Takes advantage of you if you do not know about cars or their maintenance. My grandmother had came in for an oil change, which they told her that she needs a tune up as well. She had agreed to do so to a cheaper quote, but they had told her it was $100 more when she had gotten the repair. After looking at the receipt she was given, the only service that was performed for her tune up was the spark plugs, no new coils or anything typical in a tune up.
